The Garga-samhita Verse 4.11.13, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 11 (The Story of the Gopis That were Residents of Rama-vaikuntha, Shvetadvipa, Urdhva-vaikuntha, Ajita-pada, and Shri Lokacala) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

श्री-गोप्य ऊचुः
कस् त्वं योगिन् नाम किं ते
कुत्र वासस् तु ते मुने
का वृत्तिस् तव का सिद्धिर्
वद नो वदतं वर

śrī-gopya ūcuḥ
kas tvaṃ yogin nāma kiṃ te
kutra vāsas tu te mune
kā vṛttis tava kā siddhir
vada no vadataṃ vara

śrī-gopya ūcuḥ—the gopīs said; kaḥ—who?; tvam—You; yoginO yogi; nāmaname; kim—what?; te—of You; kutra—where; vāsaḥresidence; tu—indfeed; te—of You; mune—O sage; kā—what?; vṛttiḥactivity; tava—of You; kā—what?; siddhiḥperfection; vadatell; naḥ—to us; vadatām—of speakers; varaO best.

English translation of verse 4.11.13:

The gopīs said: O yogī, who are You? What is Your name? O sage, where do You live? What do You do? What mystic powers have You attained? O best of eloquent speakers, please tell us.
