The Garga-samhita Verse 4.11.10, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 11 (The Story of the Gopis That were Residents of Rama-vaikuntha, Shvetadvipa, Urdhva-vaikuntha, Ajita-pada, and Shri Lokacala) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

श्री-गोप्य ऊचुः
को ऽयं शिशुर् नन्द-सुताकृतिर् वा
कस्यापि पुत्रो धनिनो नृपस्य
नरी-कु-वाग्-बाण-विभिन्न-मर्मा
जातो विरक्तो गत-कृत्य-कर्मा

śrī-gopya ūcuḥ
ko 'yaṃ śiśur nanda-sutākṛtir vā
kasyāpi putro dhanino nṛpasya
narī-ku-vāg-bāṇa-vibhinna-marmā
jāto virakto gata-kṛtya-karmā

śrī-gopya ūcuḥ—the gopīs said; kaḥ—who?; ayamthis; śiśuḥboy; nanda-sutākṛtiḥ—the from of Nanda's son; vā—or; kasyāpi—of someone; putraḥthe son; dhaninaḥ—of a wealthy man; nṛpasya—of a king; narīof a woman; ku—harsh; vāg—words; bāṇaarrows; vibhinnabroken; marmā—heart; jātaḥ—born; viraktaḥ—renounced; gata-kṛtya-karmā—performed pious deeds.

English translation of verse 4.11.10:

Thwe gopīs said: Who is this? Is this Nanda's son or the song of a wealthy king? Is He renounced because His heart was broken by a woman's harsh words or because He has performed many pious deeds?
