The Garga-samhita Verse 4.10.15, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 10 (The Story of the Pulinda Women) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

यः पारमेष्ठ्यम् अखिलं न महेन्द्र-धिष्ण्यं
नो सार्वभौमम् अनिशं न रसाधिपत्यम्
नो योग-सिद्धिम् अभितो न पुनर् भवं वा
वाञ्छत्य् अलं परम-पाद-रजः स भक्तः

yaḥ pārameṣṭhyam akhilaṃ na mahendra-dhiṣṇyaṃ
no sārvabhaumam aniśaṃ na rasādhipatyam
no yoga-siddhim abhito na punar bhavaṃ vā
vāñchaty alaṃ parama-pāda-rajaḥ sa bhaktaḥ

yaḥ—on ewho; pārameṣṭhyam—the post of Brahmā; akhilam—all; na—not; mahendra-dhiṣṇyam—the post of Indra; na—not; u—indeed; sārvabhaumam—sivereignty over the world; aniśam—day and night; na—not; rasaof Patalaloka; ādhipatyam—rulership; na—not; u—indeed; yoga-siddhim—uoga perfections; abhitaḥ—completely; na—not; punaḥ—again; bhavam—birth; vā—or; vāñchati—desires; alamat all; parama-pāda-rajaḥ—the dust of the feet of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; sa—he; bhaktaḥ—a devotee.

English translation of verse 4.10.15:

A person who does not desire the post of Brahmā, the post of Indra, a great royal kingdom, the kingdom of Pātālaloka, mystic powers, or even freedom from the world of birth and death, but desires only the dust of the Supreme Personality of Godhead's feet, is a true devotee of the Lord.
