अहो परं भाग्यम् अलं व्रजौकसां
धन्यं कुलं नन्द-वरस्य ते पितुः
धन्यो व्रजो धन्यम् अरण्यम् एतद्
यत्रैव साक्षात् प्रकटः परो हरिः
aho paraṃ bhāgyam alaṃ vrajaukasāṃ
dhanyaṃ kulaṃ nanda-varasya te pituḥ
dhanyo vrajo dhanyam araṇyam etad
yatraiva sākṣāt prakaṭaḥ paro hariḥ
ahaḥ—Oh; param—supreme; bhāgyam—good fortune; alam—great; vrajaukasām—of the people of Vraja; dhanyam—fortune; kulam—family; nanda-varasya—of King Nanda; te—of You; pituḥ—of the father; dhanyaḥ—fortunate; vrajaḥ—Vraja; dhanyam—fortunate; araṇyam—the forest; etat—this; yatra—where; eva—indeed; sākṣāt—directly; prakaṭaḥ—manifested; paraḥ—the Supreme; hariḥ—Lord Hari.
English translation of verse 4.7.5:
Supremely fortunate are the people of Vraja. Fortunate is the family of Your father, King Nanda. Fortunate is the village of Vraja. Fortunate is the forest of Vṛndāvana, where the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Hari, is now visible to our eyes.
