The Garga-samhita Verse 4.5.17, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-राजोवाच
कस्मिन् कुले कुत्र देशे
भविष्यः श्री-हरिः स्वयम्
कीदृग् रूपश् च किं वर्णो
वर्षैश् च कतिभिर् गतैः

śrī-rājovāca
kasmin kule kutra deśe
bhaviṣyaḥ śrī-hariḥ svayam
kīdṛg rūpaś ca kiṃ varṇo
varṣaiś ca katibhir gataiḥ

śrī-rājā uvāca—the king said; kasmin—in what?; kule—family; kutra—in what?; deśe—country; bhaviṣyaḥwill be; śrī-hariḥLord Kṛṣṇa; svayam—personally; kīdṛg—what?; rūpaḥ—form; ca—and; kim—what?; varṇaḥvarṇa; varṣaiḥ—with years; ca—and; katibhiḥ—how many?; gataiḥ—gone.

English translation of verse 4.5.17:

The king said: In what country will Lord Kṛṣṇa appear? In what family? What will be His form? What will be His caste? How many years hence will He come?
