The Garga-samhita Verse 4.5.12, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 5 (The Story of the Ayodhya Women) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-याज्ञवल्क्य उवाच
अस्मिन् जन्मनि राजेन्द्र
पुत्रो नैव च नैव च
पुत्र्यस् तव भविष्यन्ति
कोटिशो नृप-सत्तम

śrī-yājñavalkya uvāca
asmin janmani rājendra
putro naiva ca naiva ca
putryas tava bhaviṣyanti
koṭiśo nṛpa-sattama

śrī-yājñavalkya uvāca—Srī Yājñavalkya said; asmin—in this; janmani—birth; rājendra—O king of kings; putraḥ—a son; na—not; eva—indeed; ca—and; na—not; eva—indeed; ca—and; putryaḥ—many daughters; tava—of you; bhaviṣyantiwill be; koṭiśaḥ—millions; nṛpa-sattamaO best of kings.

English translation of verse 4.5.12:

Srī Yājñavalkya said: O best of kings, in this birth you have no son. No son at all. You will have ten million daughters.
