The Garga-samhita Verse 4.4.8, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. प्रेम-लक्षण-सम्युक्ताः
श्री-कृष्ण-हृत-मानसाः
अष्टभिः सात्त्विकैर् भावैः
सम्पन्नास् ताश् च योषितः

prema-lakṣaṇa-samyuktāḥ
śrī-kṛṣṇa-hṛta-mānasāḥ
aṣṭabhiḥ sāttvikair bhāvaiḥ
sampannās tāś ca yoṣitaḥ

prema-lakṣaṇa-samyuktāḥ—filled with love; śrī-kṛṣṇa-hṛta-mānasāḥ—their hearts fixed on Kṛṣṇa; aṣṭabhiḥ—situated; sāttvikair bhāvaiḥ—with ecstatic love; sampannāḥ—endowed; tāḥ—they; ca—and; yoṣitaḥ—the women.

English translation of verse 4.4.8:

They were filled with love for Kṛṣṇa. Kṛṣṇa had stolen their hearts. They could not help but display many symptoms of love for Him.
