पूर्ण-चन्द्र-प्रतीकाशा
नव-यौवन-सम्युताः
पद्मिन्यो हंस-गमनाः
पद्म-पत्र-विलोचनाः

pūrṇa-candra-pratīkāśā
nava-yauvana-samyutāḥ
padminyo haṃsa-gamanāḥ
padma-patra-vilocanāḥ

pūrṇa-candra-pratīkāśā—splendid as the full moon; nava-yauvana-samyutāḥ—in full bloom of youth; padminyaḥ—beautiful and graceful as lotus flowers; haṃsa-gamanāḥ—graceful as swans; padma-patra-vilocanāḥ—with lotus-petal eyes.

English translation of verse 4.4.3:

They were young, glorious as full moons, delicate as lotus flowers, and graceful as swans. Their eyes were like lotus petals.
