The Garga-samhita Verse 4.3.8, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. प्रतीच्छन्तु स्व-वासांसि
सर्वा आगत्य चात्र वै
अन्यथा न हि दास्यामि
वृक्षात् कृष्ण उवाच ह

pratīcchantu sva-vāsāṃsi
sarvā āgatya cātra vai
anyathā na hi dāsyāmi
vṛkṣāt kṛṣṇa uvāca ha

pratīcchantu—may desire; sva-vāsāṃsi—own garments; sarvāall; āgatya—approaching; ca—and; atra—here; vai—indeed; anyathāotherwise; na—not; hi—indeed; dāsyāmi—I will give; vṛkṣāt—from the tree; kṛṣṇaKṛṣṇa; uvāca—said; ha—indeed.

English translation of verse 4.3.8:

From the tree Kṛṣṇa said: All who wish their garments, come here and take them. If you do not come, I will not give them.
