अथैकदा श्यामलाङ्गी
कालिन्दी दीर्घ-लोचना
ताभ्यः स्व-दर्शनं दत्त्वा
वरं दातुं समुद्यता

athaikadā śyāmalāṅgī
kālindī dīrgha-locanā
tābhyaḥ sva-darśanaṃ dattvā
varaṃ dātuṃ samudyatā

English translation of verse 4.2.15:

One day the large-eyed and dark-complexioned goddess Yamunā appeared before them and offered to give them a benediction.
