The Garga-samhita Verses 3.10.26-27, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 10 (The Glory of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

वेङ्कताद्रौ वारि-धारे
महेन्द्रे विन्ध्य-पर्वते
यज्ञां कृत्वा ह्य् अश्वमेधं
नरो नाक-पतिर् भवेत्
गोवर्धने ऽस्मिन् यो यज्ञं
कृत्वा दत्त्वा सु-दक्षिणाम्
नाके पदं सम्विधाय
स विष्णोः पदम् आव्रजेत्

veṅkatādrau vāri-dhāre
mahendre vindhya-parvate
yajñāṃ kṛtvā hy aśvamedhaṃ
naro nāka-patir bhavet
govardhane 'smin yo yajñaṃ
kṛtvā dattvā su-dakṣiṇām
nāke padaṃ samvidhāya
sa viṣṇoḥ padam āvrajet

veṅkatādrau—on Venkata Hill; vāri-dhāre—on Mounta Varidhara; mahendre—on Mount Mahendra; vindhya-parvate—in the Vindhya mountains; yajñam—a yajna; kṛtvā—performing; hy—indeed; aśvamedham—asvamedha; naraḥa person; nāka-patiḥthe king of heaven; bhavet—becomes; govardhane—on Govardhana Hill; asmin—there; yaḥ—who; yajñam—a yajna; kṛtvā—performs; dattvāgiving; su-dakṣiṇām—daksina; nāke—in the heaven; padamthe realm; samvidhāyasurpassing; sa—he; viṣṇoḥ—of Lord Viṣṇu; padam—the abode; āvrajet—attains.

English translation of verses 3.10.26-27:

A person who performs an aśvamedha-yajña on the mountains Veṅkaṭa, Vāridhāra, Mahendra, or Vindhya, attains the post of King Indra. A person who performs an aśvamedha-yajña on Govardhana Hill and gives proper dakṣiṇā goes beyond the realm of Indra and attains the abode of Lord Viṣṇu.
