The Garga-samhita Verse 3.10.19, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 10 (The Glory of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

तत् पदं हि नरो याति
गिरिराजस्य दर्शनात्
गिरिराज-समं पुण्यं
अन्यत् तीर्थं न विद्यते

tat padaṃ hi naro yāti
girirājasya darśanāt
girirāja-samaṃ puṇyaṃ
anyat tīrthaṃ na vidyate

tat—that; padamstate; hi—indeed; naraḥaperson; yātiattains; girirājasya—of Govardhana Hill; darśanāt—from seeing; girirāja-samamlike Govardhana Hill; puṇyam—piety; anyatanother; tīrtham—holy place; na—not; vidyate—is.

English translation of verse 3.10.19:

That same result is attained simply by seeing Govardhana Hill. No other holy place is as sacred as Govardhana Hill.
