The Garga-samhita Verse 3.10.13, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 10 (The Glory of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-ब्राह्मण उवाच
विस्मितस् तव वाक्ये ऽहं
न त्वं मोचयितुं क्षमः
पाषाण-स्पर्शन-फलं
न जाने वद सुव्रत

śrī-brāhmaṇa uvāca
vismitas tava vākye 'haṃ
na tvaṃ mocayituṃ kṣamaḥ
pāṣāṇa-sparśana-phalaṃ
na jāne vada suvrata

śrī-brāhmaṇa uvāca—the brāhmaṇa said; vismitaḥsurprised; tava—of you; vākye—the words; aham—I am; na—not; tvam—you; mocayitum—to deliver; kṣamaḥ—am able; pāṣāṇa-sparśana-phalam—the result of a stone's touch; na—not; jāne—I understand; vadaplease tell; suvrataO saintly one.

English translation of verse 3.10.13:

The brāhmaṇa said: I am astonished by your words. I have no power to deliver you. I don't know how, simply by a stone's touch, this has happened. O saintly one, please tell me how this happened.
