The Garga-samhita Verse 3.9.24, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 9 (The Birth of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

सहचर्यस् तथा गोप्यो
राधा-रोमोद्भवा नृप
एवं गोलोक-रचनं
चकार मधुसूदनः

sahacaryas tathā gopyo
rādhā-romodbhavā nṛpa
evaṃ goloka-racanaṃ
cakāra madhusūdanaḥ

sahacaryaḥassistants; tathā—then; gopyaḥgopīs; rādhā-romodbhavā—manifested from the hairs of Rādhā's body; nṛpaO king; evam—thus; golokaof Goloka; racanam—creation; cakāradid; madhusūdanaḥ—Lord Kṛṣṇa.

English translation of verse 3.9.24:

O king, Her gopī-assistants were manifested from the hairs of Rādhā's body. In this way Lord Kṛṣṇa manifested the world of Goloka.
