The Garga-samhita Verse 3.9.21, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 9 (The Birth of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

श्री-कृष्ण-मनसो गावो
वृषा धर्म-धुरन्धराः
बुद्धेर् यावस-गुल्मानि
बभूवुर् मैथिलेश्वर

śrī-kṛṣṇa-manaso gāvo
vṛṣā dharma-dhurandharāḥ
buddher yāvasa-gulmāni
babhūvur maithileśvara

śrī-kṛṣṇa-manasaḥfrom Śrī Śrī Kṛṣṇa's mind; gāvaḥcows; vṛṣābulls; dharma-dhurandharāḥ—the upholderers of religion; buddheḥ—from the intelligence; yāvasagrass; gulmāni—and bushes; babhūvuḥ—were; maithileśvara—O king of Mithilā.

English translation of verse 3.9.21:

O king of Mithilā, from Śrī Kṛṣṇa's mind were manifested the cows and bulls, the upholders of religion. From Śrī Kṛṣṇa's intelligence were manifested the grass, plants, and shrubs.
