The Garga-samhita Verse 3.9.11, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-रास-मण्डलं दिव्यं
हेम-रत्न-समन्वितम्
नाना-शृङ्गार-पातालं
गुल्फाभ्यां श्री-हरेः प्रभोः

śrī-rāsa-maṇḍalaṃ divyaṃ
hema-ratna-samanvitam
nānā-śṛṅgāra-pātālaṃ
gulphābhyāṃ śrī-hareḥ prabhoḥ

śrī-rāsa-maṇḍalam—the rasa dance circle; divyam—splendid; hema-ratna-samanvitam—with gold and jewels; nānāvarious; śṛṅgāra-pātālam—with many decorations; gulphābhyām—from the ankles; śrī-hareḥ—of Lord Kṛṣṇa; prabhoḥ—the Lord.

English translation of verse 3.9.11:

The splendid rāsa-dance circle, made of gold and jewels, and decorated with many ornaments, was manifested from Lord Kṛṣṇa's ankles.
