The Garga-samhita Verse 3.9.8, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 9 (The Birth of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

तद्-उत्सङ्गे महा-लोको
गोलोको लोक-वन्दितः
यं प्राप्य भक्ति-सम्युक्तः
पुनर् आवर्तते न हि

tad-utsaṅge mahā-loko
goloko loka-vanditaḥ
yaṃ prāpya bhakti-samyuktaḥ
punar āvartate na hi

tad-utsaṅge—on His lap; mahā-lokaḥthe great realm; golokaḥGoloka; loka-vanditaḥworshiped by all the worlds; yam—which; prāpyaattaining; bhakti-samyuktaḥ—a devotee; punaḥ—again; āvartate—returns; na—not; hi—indeed.

English translation of verse 3.9.8:

The Lord's realm, Goloka, is worshiped by all the worlds. A devotee who goes there never returns to the world of birth and death.
