The Garga-samhita Verse 3.9.7, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 9 (The Birth of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

स्व-धाम्नि ब्रह्म साकारं
इच्छया व्यरचीकरत्
प्रथमं चाभवच् छेषो
बिष-श्वेतो बृहद्-वपुः

sva-dhāmni brahma sākāraṃ
icchayā vyaracīkarat
prathamaṃ cābhavac cheṣo
biṣa-śveto bṛhad-vapuḥ

sva—own; dhāmni—in the abode; brahmaBrahman; sākāram—who has form; icchayā—with a desire; vyaracīkarat—created; prathamam—first; ca—and; abhavat—was; śeṣaḥŚeṣa; biṣa-śvetaḥ—with white coils; bṛhad-vapuḥ—a great body.

English translation of verse 3.9.7:

In His own abode the Supreme Personality of Godhead, whose form is spiritual, desired to expand, and so He manifested the form of Lord Śeṣa, who has gigantic white coils.
