प्रत्यग्-धामा स्वयं-ज्योती
रममानो निरन्तरं
यत्र कालः कलयताम्
ईश्वरो धाम-मानिनाम्

pratyag-dhāmā svayaṃ-jyotī
ramamāno nirantaraṃ
yatra kālaḥ kalayatām
īśvaro dhāma-māninām

pratyag-dhāmāin His own abode; svayaṃ-jyotīself-effulgent; ramamānaḥ—enjoying; nirantaram—eternally; yatrawhere; kālaḥ—time; kalayatām—manifest; īśvaraḥ—able; dhāma-māninām—considering the abode.

English translation of verse 3.9.5:

Time has no existence in the transcendental abode where the self-effulgent Supreme Personality of Godhead enjoys pastimes eternally.
