The Garga-samhita Verse 3.8.14, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 8 (The Opulences of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

गिरिराज-विभूतिं च
यः शृणोति नरोत्तमः
स गच्छेद् धाम परमं
गोलोकं योगि-दुर्लभम्

girirāja-vibhūtiṃ ca
yaḥ śṛṇoti narottamaḥ
sa gacched dhāma paramaṃ
golokaṃ yogi-durlabham

girirājaof Govardhana Hill; vibhūtim—tyhe glory and opulence; ca—and; yaḥ—one who; śṛṇoti—hears; narottamaḥ—the best of men; sa—he; gacchet—attains; dhāmathe abode; paramam—supreme; golokam—Goloka; yogi-durlabham—which even the greatest yogīs cannot attain.

English translation of verse 3.8.14:

One who hears about the glories and opulences of Govardhana Hill becomes the best of persons and goes to Goloka, the supreme abode, which even the greatest yogīs cannot attain.
