The Garga-samhita Verse 3.7.13, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 7 (The Holy Places of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

दृष्ट्वा शक्र-पदं याति
नत्वा ब्रह्म-पदं च तत्
विलुठन् यस्य रजसा
साक्षाद् विष्णु-पदं व्रजेत्

dṛṣṭvā śakra-padaṃ yāti
natvā brahma-padaṃ ca tat
viluṭhan yasya rajasā
sākṣād viṣṇu-padaṃ vrajet

dṛṣṭvāseeing; śakra-padamthe abode of Indra; yātiattains; natvā—bowing down; brahma-padam—to the abode of Brahman; ca—and; tat—that; viluṭhan—rolling on the gorund; yasya—of which; rajasā—with the dust; sākṣātdirectly; viṣṇu-padam—the abode of Lord Viṣṇu; vrajet—attains.

English translation of verse 3.7.13:

A person who sees the place Indra-pada on Govardhana Hill, bows down at the place Brahma-pada, or rolls about in the dust of these places, attains the abode of Lord Viṣṇu.
