The Garga-samhita Verse 3.5.23, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 5 (The Dispute Among the Gopas) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-नारद उवाच
एवं वदन्तस् ते गोपा
निर्गता नन्द-मन्दिरात्
वृषभानु-वरं जग्मुः
क्रोध-पूरित-विग्रहाः

śrī-nārada uvāca
evaṃ vadantas te gopā
nirgatā nanda-mandirāt
vṛṣabhānu-varaṃ jagmuḥ
krodha-pūrita-vigrahāḥ

śrī-nāradaḥ uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; evam—thus; vadantaḥ—speaking; te—the; gopāgopas; nirgatā—left; nanda-mandirāt—from Nanda's palace; vṛṣabhānu-varamto King Vṛṣabhānu; jagmuḥ—went; krodha-pūrita-vigrahāḥ—their bodies filled with anger.

English translation of verse 3.5.23:

Śrī Nārada said: Their bodies filled with anger as they spoke these words, the gopas left Nanda's palace and went to King Vṛṣabhānu.
