The Garga-samhita Verse 3.4.10, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 4 (The Coronation-Bathing of Shri Krishna) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

ऋषिभिः श्रुतिभिः सर्वैर्
देव-गन्धर्व-किन्नराः
तुष्टुवुस् ते हरिं राजन्
हर्षिताः पुष्प-वर्षिणः

ṛṣibhiḥ śrutibhiḥ sarvair
deva-gandharva-kinnarāḥ
tuṣṭuvus te hariṃ rājan
harṣitāḥ puṣpa-varṣiṇaḥ

ṛṣibhiḥ—by the sages; śrutibhiḥ—by the Vedas; sarvaiḥ—all; deva-gandharva-kinnarāḥby the devas gandharvas and kinnaras; tuṣṭuvuḥ—offered prayers; te—they; harim—to Kṛṣṇa; rājanO king; harṣitāḥ—happy; puṣpa-varṣiṇaḥ—showering flowers.

English translation of verse 3.4.10:

Then the joyful devas, kinnaras, gandharvas, ṛṣis, and personified Vedas offered prayers to Lord Kṛṣṇa and showered HIm with flowers.
