The Garga-samhita Verse 3.4.6, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 4 (The Coronation-Bathing of Shri Krishna) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

श्री-नारद उवाच
इति शक्र-कृतं स्तोत्रं
प्रातर् उत्थाय यः पठेत्
सर्वा सिद्धिर् भवेत् तस्य
सङ्कटान् न भयं भवेत्

śrī-nārada uvāca
iti śakra-kṛtaṃ stotraṃ
prātar utthāya yaḥ paṭhet
sarvā siddhir bhavet tasya
saṅkaṭān na bhayaṃ bhavet

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; iti—thus; śakra-kṛtam—done by Indra; stotram—prayer; prātaḥin the morning; utthāyarising; yaḥ—one who; paṭhet—recites; sarvāall; siddhiḥ—perfection; bhavet—is; tasya—of him; saṅkaṭāt—from danger; na—not; bhayam—fear; bhavet—is.

English translation of verse 3.4.6:

Śrī Nārada said: A person who, rising in the morning, recites these prayers of Indra attains all perfections. Dangers will not make him fear.
