यत्र गोवर्धनाभावस्
तत्र पूजा-विधिं शृणु
गो-मयैर् वर्धनं कुर्यात्
तद्-आकारं परोन्नतम्

yatra govardhanābhāvas
tatra pūjā-vidhiṃ śṛṇu
go-mayair vardhanaṃ kuryāt
tad-ākāraṃ paronnatam

yatrawhere; govardhanaGovardhana Hill; abhāvaḥis not; tatra—there; pūjā-vidhim—the method of worship; śṛṇu—hear; go-mayaiḥ—with cow-dung; vardhanamincreased; kuryāt—should do; tad-ākāram—the form of Govardhana Hill; para-unnatam—lofty.

English translation of verse 3.1.27:

Now please hear how this worship should be performed when one is not near Govardhana Hill. One should make from cow-dung a model of Govardhana Hill.
