The Garga-samhita Verse 3.1.25, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 1 (The Worship of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

भोजयित्वा द्विज-वरान्
सौगन्धैर् मिष्ट-भोजनैः
अन्येभ्यश् चाश्वपाकेभ्यो
दद्याद् भोजनम् उत्तमम्

bhojayitvā dvija-varān
saugandhair miṣṭa-bhojanaiḥ
anyebhyaś cāśvapākebhyo
dadyād bhojanam uttamam

bhojayitvā—after feeding; dvija-varān—the brāhmaṇa; saugandhaiḥ—with fragrant; miṣṭa-bhojanaiḥ—delicious food; anyebhyaś—others; ca—and; ā- śvapākebhyaḥ—down to the dogeaters; dadyāt—should give; bhojanam—food; uttamam—the best.

English translation of verse 3.1.25:

After feeding the exalted brāhmaṇas with fragrant and delicious foods, he should also give excellent foods to the others, even down to the dogeaters.
