कचोलानां चतुः-शष्टि-
पञ्च-पङ्क्ति-समन्वितम्
तुलसी-दल-मिस्रैश् च
श्री-गङ्गा-यमुना-जलैः

kacolānāṃ catuḥ-śaṣṭi-
pañca-paṅkti-samanvitam
tulasī-dala-misraiś ca
śrī-gaṅgā-yamunā-jalaiḥ

kacolānām—of cups; catuḥ-śaṣṭi-pañca-paṅkti-samanvitam—with rows of four, six and five; tulasī-dala-misraiś—mixed with tulasī leaves; ca—and; śrī-gaṅgā-yamunā-jalaiḥ—with Gaṅgā and Yamunā water.

English translation of verse 3.1.23:

Then he should offer four, six, and five cups of Gaṅgā and Yamunā water mixed with tulasī leaves.
