परिपूर्णतमस्यास्य
श्री-कृष्णस्य महात्मनः
वदैतच् चरितं दिव्यं
अद्भुतं मुनि-सत्तम

paripūrṇatamasyāsya
śrī-kṛṣṇasya mahātmanaḥ
vadaitac caritaṃ divyaṃ
adbhutaṃ muni-sattama

paripūrṇatamasya—of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; asyaof Him; śrī-kṛṣṇasya—Śrī Kṛṣṇa; mahātmanaḥ—the Supreme; vadaplease tell; etat—that; caritam—pastime; divyam—transcendental and glorious; adbhutam—wonderful; muni-sattamaO best of sages.

English translation of verse 3.1.2:

O best of sages, please tell that wonderful and glorious transcendental pastime of Lord Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
