अद्यैव देव परिपूर्णतमस् तु साक्षाद्
भू-भूरि-भार-हरणाय सतां शुभाय
प्राप्तो ऽसि नन्द-भवने परतः परस् त्वं
कृत्वा हि सर्व-निज-लोकम् अशेष-शून्यम्
adyaiva deva paripūrṇatamas tu sākṣād
bhū-bhūri-bhāra-haraṇāya satāṃ śubhāya
prāpto 'si nanda-bhavane parataḥ paras tvaṃ
kṛtvā hi sarva-nija-lokam aśeṣa-śūnyam
adya—toady; eva—indeed; deva—O Lord; paripūrṇatamaḥ—supremely perfe4ct; tu—indeed; sākṣāt—directly; bhū-bhūri-bhāra—the great burden of the earth; haraṇāya—to remove; satām—of the devotees; śubhāya—for the welfare; prāptaḥ—attained; asi—You are; nanda-bhavane—in Nanda's home; parataḥ—than the greatest; paraḥ—greater; tvam—You; kṛtvā—having done; hi—indeed; sarva-nija-lokam—qll Your planets; aśeṣa-śūnyam—completely void.
English translation of verse 2.25.23:
O Supreme Personality of Godhead, leaving all Your transcendental abodes and making them devoid of Your presence, You have now come to Nanda's home to remove the earth's great burden and to bring auspiciousness to Your devotees.
