वारं वारं कृतं ध्यानं
खिन्नो जातो महा-मुनिः
ध्यानाद् उत्थाय स मुनिः
कृष्ण-दर्शन-लालसः
vāraṃ vāraṃ kṛtaṃ dhyānaṃ
khinno jāto mahā-muniḥ
dhyānād utthāya sa muniḥ
kṛṣṇa-darśana-lālasaḥ
vāraṃ vāram—again and again; kṛtam—done; dhyānam—meditation; khinnaḥ—morose; jātaḥ—became; mahā-muniḥ—the great sage; dhyānāt—from meditation; utthāya—rising; sa—hbe; muniḥ—the sage; kṛṣṇa-darśana-lālasaḥ—yearning to see Lord Kṛṣṇa.
English translation of verse 2.24.32:
Again and again he meditated. The great sage felt frustrated and depressed.
Yearning to see Lord Kṛṣṇa, he came out of his meditative trance.
