The Garga-samhita Verse 2.24.6, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 24 (The Story of Asuri Muni in the Rasa-dance Pastime) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

वीणा-ताल-मृदङ्गादि-
मुरु-यष्टि-युतानि च
वदित्राण्य् अम्बरे नेदुः
सुरैर् गोपी-गणैः सह

vīṇā-tāla-mṛdaṅgādi-
muru-yaṣṭi-yutāni ca
vaditrāṇy ambare neduḥ
surair gopī-gaṇaiḥ saha

vīṇā-tāla-mṛdaṅgādi—with vinas, karatalasa, mrdangas, and other instruments; muru-yaṣṭi-yutāni—with murus and yastis; ca—and; vaditrāṇy—instruments; ambare—in the sky; neduḥ—sounded; suraiḥ—by the demigods; gopī-gaṇaiḥ—the gopīs; sahawith.

English translation of verse 2.24.6:

Then the demigods in the sky and the gopīs on earth played vīṇās, karatālas, mṛdaṅgas, murus, yaṣṭis, and other musical instruments.
