कर्तव्यं भवतात्रैव
रासे दिव्यं मनोहरम्
वारां विहारं पानं च
करिष्यामो हरे वयम्
kartavyaṃ bhavatātraiva
rāse divyaṃ manoharam
vārāṃ vihāraṃ pānaṃ ca
kariṣyāmo hare vayam
kartavyam—should be done; bhavatā—by You; atra—here; eva—indeed; rāse—in the rasa dance; divyam—splendid; manoharam—beautiful; vārām—water; vihāram—pastimes; pānam—drinking; ca—and; kariṣyāmaḥ—do; hare—O Kṛṣṇa; vayam—we.
English translation of verse 2.20.25:
"O Kṛṣṇa, please do something so that in this rāsa dance arena we may drink water and enjoy water pastimes.
