The Garga-samhita Verses 2.18.31-32, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 18 (The Sight of Shri Krishnacandra) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

उत्कण्ठितां स्वेद-युक्तां
बाष्प-कण्ठीं प्रियां हरिः
अश्रु-पूर्ण-मुखीं वीक्ष्य
बिभ्रत् स्वं पौरुषीं तनुम्
पश्यन्तीनां सखीनां च
सहसा भक्त-वत्सलः
राधां प्राह प्रसन्नात्मा
मेघ-गम्भीरया गिरा

utkaṇṭhitāṃ sveda-yuktāṃ
bāṣpa-kaṇṭhīṃ priyāṃ hariḥ
aśru-pūrṇa-mukhīṃ vīkṣya
bibhrat svaṃ pauruṣīṃ tanum
paśyantīnāṃ sakhīnāṃ ca
sahasā bhakta-vatsalaḥ
rādhāṃ prāha prasannātmā
megha-gambhīrayā girā

utkaṇṭhitām—filled with longing; sveda-yuktām—perspiring; bāṣpatears; kaṇṭhīm—neck; priyām—beloved; hariḥKṛṣṇa; aśruwith tears; pūrṇafilled; mukhīm—face; vīkṣyaseeing; bibhrat—manifesting; svam—own; pauruṣīm—male; tanum—form; paśyantīnām—looking on; sakhīnām—friends; ca—and; sahasāat once; bhaktato the devotees; vatsalaḥ—affectionate; rādhām—to Rādhā; prāha—spoke; prasannapleased; ātmāat heart; meghaclouds; gambhīrayā—deep; girāwith words.

English translation of verses 2.18.31-32:

Watching His beloved perspiring and full of longings, and watching Her face fill with tears than ran down Her neck, as Her friends looked on, Lord Kṛṣṇa, who is kind to His devotees, became pleased at heart with Her, suddenly manifested His own male form, and spoke to Her in a voice deep as thunder.
