श्रीमल्-लवाङ्ग-लतिका-स्फुट-मोदिनीनां
गुञ्जा-निकुञ्ज-मधुप-ध्वनि-कुञ्ज-पुञ्जम्
दृष्टं श्रुतं नव-नवं तव कञ्ज-नेत्रे
दिव्यं पुरन्दर-पुरे ऽपि न यत्-समानम्
śrīmal-lavāṅga-latikā-sphuṭa-modinīnāṃ
guñjā-nikuñja-madhupa-dhvani-kuñja-puñjam
dṛṣṭaṃ śrutaṃ nava-navaṃ tava kañja-netre
divyaṃ purandara-pure 'pi na yat-samānam
śrīmat—beautiful; lavāṅga-latikā—lavanga vine; sphuṭa—manifested; modinīnām—fragrance; gu 24jā—gunja; nikuñja—grove; madhupa—bees; dhvani—sounds; kuñja—groves; pu 24jam—abundance; dṛṣṭam—seen; śrutam—heard; nava-navam—newer and newer; tava—Your; kañja-netre—O lotus-eyed one; divyam—splendid; purandara-pure—in the city of Indra; api—even; na—not; yat-samānam—the equal.
English translation of verse 2.17.33:
O girl with the lotus eyes, You are a lotus flower with the fragrance of lavaṅga flowers and the buzzing of bees in a grove of guñjā. Even in the city of Indra no one has ever seen or heard of anyone like You.
