The Garga-samhita Verse 2.16.34, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. पीताम्बराच् छादित-सर्प-वेणीं
स्रजं दधानं नव-वैजयन्तीम्
खगात् समुत्तीर्य च रङ्ग-वल्ली
चुचुम्ब राधां परिरभ्य बाहुभिः

pītāmbarāc chādita-sarpa-veṇīṃ
srajaṃ dadhānaṃ nava-vaijayantīm
khagāt samuttīrya ca raṅga-vallī
cucumba rādhāṃ parirabhya bāhubhiḥ

pītāmbarāt—by a yellow cloth; chādita—covered; sarpasnake; veṇīm—braids; srajam—garland; dadhānam—wearing; navanew; vaijayantīm—vaijayanti; khagāt—from the sky; samuttīrya—rising; ca—and; raṅga-vallībeautiful as a flowering vine; cucumba—kissed; rādhām—Rādhā; parirabhya—embracing; bāhubhiḥ—with four arms.

English translation of verse 2.16.34:

Descending from the sky, Tulasī, beautiful as a flowering vine, with her four arms embraced and then kissed Rādhā, who wore a new vaijayantī garland, and whose snake-braids were covered with a yellow cloth.
