The Garga-samhita Verses 2.16.27-28, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 16 (The Worship of Tulasi) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

कृत्वा न्यसिञ्चद् दुग्धेन
तथा चेक्षु-रासेन वै
द्रक्षयाम्र-रसेणापि
सितया बहु-मिष्टया
पञ्चामृतेन तुलसीं
मासे मासे पृथक् पृथक्
उद्यापन-समारम्भं
वैशाख-प्रतिपद्-दिने

kṛtvā nyasiñcad dugdhena
tathā cekṣu-rāsena vai
drakṣayāmra-raseṇāpi
sitayā bahu-miṣṭayā
pañcāmṛtena tulasīṃ
māse māse pṛthak pṛthak
udyāpana-samārambhaṃ
vaiśākha-pratipad-dine

kṛtvā—doing; nyasiñcat—watered; dugdhena—with milk; tathā—so; ca—and; ikṣu-rāsena—with sugar-cane juice; vai—indeed; drakṣayā—with grape; amra-raseṇa—with mango juice; api—also; sitayā—cool; bahu-miṣṭayā—with many sweet liquids; pañcāmṛtena—with pañcāmṛta; tulasīm—Tulasī; māse—month; māse—after month; pṛthak pṛthak—individually; udyāpana—samārambhaṃ vaiśākha—of April-May; pratipad-dine—on the first day after the full moon.

English translation of verses 2.16.27-28:

Month after month She sprinkled Tulasī with milk, sugar-cane juice, grape-juice, mango-juice, pañcāmṛta, and many kinds of sweet and cool juice. On the first day of Vaiśākha (April-May), She ended the vow.
