The Garga-samhita Verse 2.16.18, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-कृष्णचन्द्र-चरणे
तुलसीं चन्दनैर् युतम्
यो ददाति पुमान् स्त्री वा
यथोक्तं फलम् आप्नुयात्

śrī-kṛṣṇacandra-caraṇe
tulasīṃ candanair yutam
yo dadāti pumān strī vā
yathoktaṃ phalam āpnuyāt

śrī-kṛṣṇacandra-caraṇe—at the feet of Śrī Kṛṣṇacandra; tulasīm—Tulasī; candanaiḥ—with sandal paste; yutam—endowed; yaḥ—who; dadāti—gives; pumānman; strīwoman; vā—or; yathā—as; uktam—spoken; phalam—result; āpnuyāt—attains.

English translation of verse 2.16.18:

A man or woman who offers sandal-paste and Tulasī to Śrī Kṛṣṇacandra's feet attains the results I have told to You.
