The Garga-samhita Verse 2.16.2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 16 (The Worship of Tulasi) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

श्री-चन्द्राननोवाच
परं सौभाग्य-दं राधे
महा-पुण्यं वर-प्रदम्
श्री-कृष्णस्यापि लब्ध्य्-अर्थं
तुलसी-सेवनं मतम्

śrī-candrānanovāca
paraṃ saubhāgya-daṃ rādhe
mahā-puṇyaṃ vara-pradam
śrī-kṛṣṇasyāpi labdhy-arthaṃ
tulasī-sevanaṃ matam

śrī-candrānanā uvāca—Śrī Candrānanā said; param—great; saubhāgya-dam—giving good fortune; rādhe—O Rādhā; mahā-puṇyam—very sacred; vara-pradam—granting blessings; śrī-kṛṣṇasya—of Śrī Kṛṣṇa; api—even; labdhy-arthamto attain; tulasīof Tulasī; sevanam—the service; matamis considered.

English translation of verse 2.16.2:

Śrī Candrānanā said: O Rādhā, service to Tulasī gives the greatest piety, the greatest good fortune, and the greatest benediction. It gives Lord Kṛṣṇa's association.
