The Garga-samhita Verse 2.15.30, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 15 (Description of Shri Radha-Krishna’s Falling in Love) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-भगवान् उवाच
सर्वं हि भावं मनसः परस्परं
न ह्य् एकतो भामिनि जायते ततः
प्रेमैव कर्तव्यम् अतो मयि स्वतः
प्रेम्णा समानं भुवि नास्ति किञ्चित्

śrī-bhagavān uvāca
sarvaṃ hi bhāvaṃ manasaḥ parasparaṃ
na hy ekato bhāmini jāyate tataḥ
premaiva kartavyam ato mayi svataḥ
premṇā samānaṃ bhuvi nāsti kiñcit

śrī-bhagavān uvāca—the Supreme Personality of Godhead said; sarvam—all; hi—indeed; bhāvam—love; manasaḥof theheart; parasparam—mutual; na—not; hi—indeed; ekataḥfrom one; bhāminiO noble lady; jāyate—is born; tataḥ—therefore; premalove; eva—indeed; kartavyam—should be done; ataḥ—then; mayiin Me; svataḥ—personally; premṇā—with love; samānam—equality; bhuvi—in the world; na—not; astiis; kiñcitat all.

English translation of verse 2.15.30:

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: We both feel this love in Our hearts.

O noble girl, it is not that only one of Us feels it. She should love Me. In this world there is nothing equal to the love She bears for Me.
