The Garga-samhita Verse 2.15.18, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 15 (Description of Shri Radha-Krishna’s Falling in Love) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

एवं ततः कृष्ण-वियोग-विह्वलां
प्रभूत-काम-ज्वर-खिन्न-मानसाम्
सम्वीक्ष्य राधां वृषभानु-नन्दिनीं
उवाच वाचं ललिता सखी वरा

evaṃ tataḥ kṛṣṇa-viyoga-vihvalāṃ
prabhūta-kāma-jvara-khinna-mānasām
samvīkṣya rādhāṃ vṛṣabhānu-nandinīṃ
uvāca vācaṃ lalitā sakhī varā

evam—thus; tataḥfrom that; kṛṣṇa-viyoga-vihvalām—anxious in separation from Kṛṣṇa; prabhūta-kāma-jvaraby the flames of desire; khinnatormented; mānasām—heart; samvīkṣya—seeing; rādhām—Rādhā; vṛṣabhānu-nandinīm—Vṛṣabhānu's daughter; uvāca—said; vācam—words; lalitāLalitā; sakhīfriend; varābest.

English translation of verse 2.15.18:

Seeing Her anguished by Kṛṣṇa's absence and Her heart tortured by flames of love for Him, beautiful Lalitā-sakhī spoke to Vṛṣabhānu's daughter Rādhā.
