The Garga-samhita Verse 2.15.3, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 15 (Description of Shri Radha-Krishna’s Falling in Love) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

रासं कर्तुं हरौ जाते
शिशु-रूपे महात्मानि
भाण्डिरे देव-वाग् आह
श्री-राधां खिन्न-मानसाम्

rāsaṃ kartuṃ harau jāte
śiśu-rūpe mahātmāni
bhāṇḍire deva-vāg āha
śrī-rādhāṃ khinna-mānasām

rāsam—the rasa dance; kartum—to perform; harau—when Lord Kṛṣṇa; jāte—was manifested; śiśu-rūpe—in the form of a child; mahātmani——the Lord; bhāṇḍire—in Bhandiravana; devaof a demigod; vāk—the voice; āha—said; śrī-rādhām—to Śrī Rādhā; khinna-mānasām—who was unhappy at heart.

English translation of verse 2.15.3:

When Lord Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, was a child, and Śrī Rādhā was unhappy at heart because She yearned to enjoy the rāsa dance with Him, in Bhāṇḍiravana forest a divine voice said:
