The Garga-samhita Verse 2.14.30, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 14 (Description of Kaliya’s Story) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

कालिन्द्यां च निजं वासं
कुरु मद्-वाक्य-नोदितः
निर्भयस् ते भयं तार्क्ष्यान्
न भविष्यति कर्हिचित्

kālindyāṃ ca nijaṃ vāsaṃ
kuru mad-vākya-noditaḥ
nirbhayas te bhayaṃ tārkṣyān
na bhaviṣyati karhicit

kālindyām—in the Yamunā; ca—and; nijam—own; vāsam—home; kurudo; mad-vākya-noditaḥ—on My instruction; nirbhayaḥ—fearless; te—of you; bhayam—fear; tārkṣyān—garuḍa; na—not; bhaviṣyati—will be; karhicit—ever.

English translation of verse 2.14.30:

By My order make your home in the Yamunā. There you will be fearless. You will never fear Garuḍa.
