The Garga-samhita Verse 2.9.51, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 9 (Brahma’s Prayers) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

ततश् च ब्रह्मणे तस्मै
नेत्रेणाज्ञां ददौ हरिः
पुनः प्रणम्य स्वं लोकं
आत्म-भूः प्रत्यपद्यत

tataś ca brahmaṇe tasmai
netreṇājñāṃ dadau hariḥ
punaḥ praṇamya svaṃ lokaṃ
ātma-bhūḥ pratyapadyata

tataḥthen; ca—and; brahmaṇe—to Brahmā; tasmai—to him; netreṇa—with an eye; āj 24ām—permission; dadau—givinmg; hariḥLord Hari; punaḥ—again; praṇamya—bowing down; svam—to his own; lokam—planet; ātma-bhūḥBrahmā; pratyapadyata—went.

English translation of verse 2.9.51:

With a glance Kṛṣṇa gave His permission. Then Brahmā bowed again and returned to his own world.
