The Garga-samhita Verse 2.9.42, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. इत्य् उक्त्वाश्रु-मुखो भूत्वा
नत्वा तत्-पाद-पङ्कजौ
पुनर् आह विधिः कृष्णं
भक्त्या सर्वं क्षमापयन्

ity uktvāśru-mukho bhūtvā
natvā tat-pāda-paṅkajau
punar āha vidhiḥ kṛṣṇaṃ
bhaktyā sarvaṃ kṣamāpayan

ity—thus; uktvā—speaking; aśrutears; mukhaḥon his face; bhūtvā—becoming; natvā—bowing down; tat-pāda-paṅkajau—to His lotus feet; punaḥ—again; āha—spoke; vidhiḥ—Brahmā; kṛṣṇam—to Kṛṣṇa; bhaktyā—with devotion; sarvam—all; kṣamāpayan—appealing for forgiveness.

English translation of verse 2.9.42:

Speaking these words, bowing before Kṛṣṇa's lotus feet, and tears gliding down his face, Brahmā earnestly begged for forgiveness.
