क्वाहं लोक-पतिः क्व त्वं
कोटि-ब्रह्माण्ड-नायकः
तस्माद् व्रज-पते देव
रक्ष मं मधुसूदन
kvāhaṃ loka-patiḥ kva tvaṃ
koṭi-brahmāṇḍa-nāyakaḥ
tasmād vraja-pate deva
rakṣa maṃ madhusūdana
kva—where?; aham—I; loka-patiḥ—the king of a planet; kva—where?; tvam—You; koṭi-brahmāṇḍa-nāyakaḥ—the ruler of millions of universes; tasmāt—therefore; vraja-pate—O master of Vraja; deva—O Lord; rakṣa—protect; mam—me; madhusūdana—O Kṛṣṇa.
English translation of verse 2.9.33:
What am I, the king of one planet, in comparison to You, the ruler of many millions of universes? O master of Vraja, O Lord, O Kṛṣṇa, please save me!
