The Garga-samhita Verse 2.9.2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 9 (Brahma’s Prayers) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

कृष्णस् तु साक्षात् पुरुषोत्तमः स्वयं
पूर्णः परेशः प्रकृतेः परो हरिः
यस्यावतारांश-कला वयं सुराः
सृजाम विश्वं क्रमतो ऽस्य शक्तिभिः

kṛṣṇas tu sākṣāt puruṣottamaḥ svayaṃ
pūrṇaḥ pareśaḥ prakṛteḥ paro hariḥ
yasyāvatārāṃśa-kalā vayaṃ surāḥ
sṛjāma viśvaṃ kramato 'sya śaktibhiḥ

kṛṣṇaḥKṛṣṇa; tu—indeed; sākṣātdirectly; puruṣottamaḥthe Supreme Personality of Godhead; svayam—Himself; pūrṇaḥperfect; pareśaḥthe supreme master; prakṛteḥ—of the material energy; paraḥabove; hariḥLord Hari; yasya—of whom; avatāraincarnations; aṃśapartrs; kalāand parts of a part; vayam—we; surāḥdemigods; sṛjāma—create; viśvam—the universe; kramataḥ—accordingly; asyaof Him; śaktibhiḥ—with the potencies.

English translation of verse 2.9.2:

Kṛṣṇa is the original Supreme Personality of Godhead, the perfect and complete supreme master, who stays above the material energy. We demigods, who are the parts of the parts of His incarnations, create this world with the aid of His potencies.
