गुप्तं गोलोक-वल्लभम्
ज्ञात्वा साक्षाद् धरिं ब्रह्मा
भीतो ऽभूत् स्व-कृतेन च

dṛṣṭvā gopāla-veṣeṇa
guptaṃ goloka-vallabham
jñātvā sākṣād dhariṃ brahmā
bhīto 'bhūt sva-kṛtena ca

English translation of verse 2.8.47:

Gazing at Him, and suddenly understanding that Kṛṣṇa was Lord Hari, the beloved of Goloka, the Supreme Personality of Godhead now disguised as an ordinary gopa, Brahmā became afraid for what he had done.
