The Garga-samhita Verse 2.8.29, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 8 (Description of Seeing Lord Krishna) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

ज्ञात्वा कृष्ण-कृतं कर्म
तथा विधि-कृतं बलः
पुनर् वत्सान् वत्सपांश् च
पश्यन् कृष्णम् उवाच ह

jñātvā kṛṣṇa-kṛtaṃ karma
tathā vidhi-kṛtaṃ balaḥ
punar vatsān vatsapāṃś ca
paśyan kṛṣṇam uvāca ha

jñatvā—understanding; kṛṣṇa-kṛtam—done by Kṛṣṇa; karmawork; tathā—so; vidhi-kṛtam—done by Brahmā; balaḥ—Balarāma; punaḥ—again; vatsān—the calves; vatsapān—the gopas; ca—and; paśyan—seeing; kṛṣṇam—to Kṛṣṇa; uvāca—said; ha—indeed.

English translation of verse 2.8.29:

Understanding what Brahmā had done and what Kṛṣṇa had done, and looking again at the calves and gopas, Balarāma said to Kṛṣṇa:
