The Garga-samhita Verse 2.8.10, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. स्व-पुत्रान् लालयित्वा तु
मज्जनोन्मर्दनादिभिः
पश्चाद् गोप्यश् च कृष्णस्य
दर्शनं कर्तुम् आययुः

sva-putrān lālayitvā tu
majjanonmardanādibhiḥ
paścād gopyaś ca kṛṣṇasya
darśanaṃ kartum āyayuḥ

sva-putrān—own sons; lālayitvā—embracing; tu—indeed; majjanabathing; unmardanamassaging; ādibhiḥ—beginning with; paścātthen; gopyaḥ—the gopīs; ca—and; kṛṣṇasya—of Kṛṣṇa; darśanam—the sight; kartum—to do; āyayuḥ—attained.

English translation of verse 2.8.10:

As they embraced, bathed, massaged, and in other ways served their sons, the gopīs now gazed on Lord Kṛṣṇa.
