The Garga-samhita Verse 2.8.2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 8 (Description of Seeing Lord Krishna) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

ततो गवां गोपीकानां
मुदं कर्तुं स लीलया
सर्वं तु विश्व-कृच् चक्रे
ह्य् आत्मानम् उभयायितम्

tato gavāṃ gopīkānāṃ
mudaṃ kartuṃ sa līlayā
sarvaṃ tu viśva-kṛc cakre
hy ātmānam ubhayāyitam

tataḥthen; gavām—of the cows; gopīkānām—of the gopīs; mudam—happiness; kartum—to do; sa—He; līlayā—playfully; sarvam—all; tu—indeed; viśva-kṛtthe creator of the universes; cakre—made; hi—indeed; ātmānam—Himself; ubhayāyitam—both.

English translation of verse 2.8.2:

Then, to please the cows and gopīs, Lord Kṛṣṇa, who is the creator of the universes, made Himself into (the calves and boys).
